“Should I Stay or Should I Go?” is a free, interactive educational webinar helping North Bay senior homeowners evaluate whether to age in place or downsize. Hosted live over Zoom on the second Wednesday of every month from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., the session is co-presented by Certified Reverse Mortgage Specialist Kathlene Carney Seidel (NMLS #2040727) and Senior Real Estate Specialist Margaret Kapranos (DRE #01383378). In-person workshops are also held regularly at senior centers and libraries across Marin and Sonoma Counties.
